The part of the Diploma most people worry about — practised properly.
Part B is a written suitability report, not a multiple-choice exam. Most learners have never had their writing marked against the criteria before they submit. Here you can, as often as you need.
A form that follows the criteria
Your answer is split into ten sections, one for each assessment criterion from AC17.1 to AC18.4, so nothing gets left out.
An AI practice mark out of 100
Submit when you are ready. Each criterion comes back as met, needs more, or missing, with a comment and a total against a 50-mark pass line.
Learn from a strong answer
After marking you see an example of a strong answer for every criterion, next to your own, so you can see exactly what was expected.

FTB shared ownership
A first-time buyer on a shared-ownership purchase, with a gifted deposit and plans to staircase.
Case 4
Self-employed IO maturity
A self-employed borrower whose interest-only mortgage is reaching the end of its term.
