1. Who we are
Archway Software Limited, trading as Archway Learn, is a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 89 Cardiff Road, Caerdydd, United Kingdom, CF15 7PL.
2. Products
We sell online courses and example-paper packs for UK financial qualifications such as CeMAP and CeRER. Materials are independent study support. They are not official exams, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by LIBF or the CII.
3. Enquiry and contract
Submitting the contact form is an enquiry, not an automatic purchase. A contract for a card payment is formed when Stripe confirms payment for the catalogue price and we add access to the signed-in account. A firm contract is formed when we confirm the products, price, and access, and you accept that confirmation.
4. Price and payment
Prices shown on the website are the catalogue prices charged at card checkout. VAT is not added on this website. Firm orders are priced when we confirm the quote.
5. Access and delivery
After payment, lessons and papers that are already in the library open on the account you signed in with. Where a qualification’s lessons are not in the library yet, the course page says so. We do not invent that content. Digital access is delivered on this website after payment is received.
6. How you may use materials
Materials are licensed to you for personal study, or for the named learners on a firm order. You may not resell, share publicly, or copy them as a competing course. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Qualifications and exams
Completing a course or paper pack does not guarantee a pass. You remain responsible for registering with the awarding body, sitting the official assessment, and meeting their rules.
8. Cancellation
If you are a consumer buying digital content, we will explain cancellation rights when we confirm your order, including where you ask us to start delivery immediately. Firm purchases are as agreed in the confirmation.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for exam results or for awarding-body decisions.
